My work is rooted in the sacred witnessing of humanity —

the unraveling of old stories, the unearthing of inherited beliefs,

and the remembering of what has always been within you.

For those who feels stuck in old patterns, disconnected from their truth,

or burned out from trying to “think” their way into healing.

For those who are stuck in survival mode, or simply cannot put to words why

they feel the way they do, and long for some guidance and support.

I believe there is truth in this witnessing,

as there is wisdom and magic in the messy middle.

Through intuition, honest conversation, somatic practices,

and practical energetics, I help shine light into the hidden corners

of the heart and the shadows we often avoid.

We are often so focused on the “story in our minds”

that we miss all the unfolding and happening while living in the moment.

I believe healing happens when we are deeply witnessed —

when the nervous system feels safe enough

to soften, unravel, and speak the truth.

 

It is in this space, clarity comes to the surface. Self-trust returns.
